Privacy Policy

Effective Date: September 5, 2026

At CoinPrompt ("we," "our," or "us"), accessible via coinprompt.app, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and handle your information when you access our Web3 platform, connect your wallet, generate AI prompts, mint tokens, build landing pages, and use our referral tools on the Base network.

1. Information We Collect

Because CoinPrompt operates as a non-custodial decentralized application (dApp), we minimize the amount of personal data collected:

  • Public Blockchain Data: When you connect your Web3 wallet (e.g., via Thirdweb or wagmi) to CoinPrompt, we collect and store your public wallet address (0x...). Transactions made on the Base network — such as paying the USDC launch fee or interacting with smart contracts — are publicly recorded on the blockchain.
  • AI Generation & Prompt Inputs: Text prompts, token metadata (names, tickers, logos), and AI landing page content generated through our platform are stored to provide, render, and manage your token showcase pages and draft builds.
  • Telegram & Airdrop Verification Data: If you participate in or create gated community airdrops, we process basic verification identifiers (such as Telegram IDs) strictly to confirm eligibility and prevent claim fraud.
  • Partner & Referral Data: Unique referral link IDs (?ref=...) and associated wallet addresses are logged to calculate and distribute $12 USDC referral payouts.
  • Technical & Analytics Data: We may collect standard non-identifying technical information, including device type, browser platform, IP address (for region detection), and operational crash logs to maintain uptime and performance.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely for the following operational purposes:

  • Service Provision: Rendering your AI-generated token previews, smart contract metadata, and token showcase landing pages.
  • On-Chain Interactions: Facilitating wallet connections, contract deployments (CoinPromptToken.sol), and airdrop escrow executions.
  • Reward Distribution: Calculating LP swap fee positions and processing automated $12 USDC referral bounties to partner wallets.
  • Platform Integrity: Monitoring system health, detecting malicious automated activity, and preventing sybil attacks on community airdrops.

3. Public Blockchain & Smart Contract Disclaimer

Please be aware that by nature of blockchain technology:

  • Immutable Public Ledger: Any token deployments, liquidity seeding, minting fees, and on-chain transactions executed through CoinPrompt are permanently written to the public Base network.
  • Public Visibility: Wallet addresses, transaction histories, and token allocations (such as creator wallet balances and pool allocations) are readable by anyone viewing the Base blockchain or block explorers. CoinPrompt cannot alter or delete data permanently recorded on-chain.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We only share data in limited circumstances:

  • Infrastructure Providers: Third-party providers supporting Web3 RPC nodes, AI text/image generation pipelines, and IPFS/decentralized storage networks.
  • Legal Requirements: If required by applicable laws, legal requests, or law enforcement to protect the safety and rights of our users or platform.

5. Data Security & Custody

  • Non-Custodial Design: CoinPrompt never asks for, collects, or stores your wallet private keys or seed phrases. You retain 100% control over your assets and transactions at all times.
  • Security Practices: We implement administrative and technical security safeguards to protect off-chain data (such as landing page drafts and user preferences) against unauthorized access.

6. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction (such as under GDPR or CCPA), you have rights regarding your off-chain personal data, including:

  • The right to request access to or deletion of off-chain database records associated with your wallet address.
  • The right to disconnect your Web3 wallet or opt-out of analytics cookies/tracking via your browser settings.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect updates in our platform services, Web3 protocols, or legal requirements. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting to this page, with an updated "Effective Date". Your continued use of CoinPrompt after changes are published constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of the updated terms.
